Construction Planning and Execution
- Prepare and monitor daily and weekly construction plans.
- Check RCC, PCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plaster, flooring, and finishing works.
- Verify BBS, drawings, BOQ, and site measurements.
Quality and Materials
- Monitor concrete quality and cube testing.
- Control material consumption and wastage.
- Ensure safety and quality compliance.
Coordination and Reporting
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and clients.
- Prepare DPRs, progress reports, and measurement sheets.
- Identify project delays and take corrective action.
Project Targets
- Complete the project within time, cost, and quality targets.
Pay
- Pay is ₹30,000–₹65,000 per month.
Work Location
- The work location is in person.
