Role Overview
Manage civil construction projects from planning through completion while ensuring structural quality, budget control and site safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction activities and manage site contractors.
- Ensure work meets engineering drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project timelines, track budgets and manage material procurement.
- Review civil designs, resolve on-site engineering challenges and approve quality documentation.
- Coordinate project managers, architects, subcontractors and clients.
- Enforce local building codes, environmental regulations and site safety protocols.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5–6 years of hands-on experience in civil construction or project engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project or Primavera P6.
- Ability to read structural and architectural blueprints.
- PE license or PMP certification is a strong plus.
- Proven leadership, strong vendor negotiation and clear problem-solving abilities.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person.
