Project Execution and Supervision

Supervise day-to-day site construction activities.
Ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
Monitor progress against project schedules and milestones.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.

Planning and Coordination

Prepare site execution plans and work schedules.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and structural engineers.
Conduct regular site meetings and report project status.
Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.

Quality Control

Ensure construction quality according to IS codes and standards.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
Verify materials against approved BOQ and specifications.
Maintain quality documentation and test reports.

Billing and Documentation

Prepare and verify contractor bills.
Maintain measurement books.
Monitor material consumption and wastage control.
Maintain daily progress reports.

Safety Compliance

Ensure all site safety procedures are followed.
Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks.
Ensure all workers use PPE.
Report and investigate site incidents.

Material and Inventory Management

Plan material requirements in advance.
Coordinate with the procurement team.
Monitor site stock and prevent material losses.

Compensation

Pay is ₹40,000 to ₹60,000 per month.
