Role Overview
Execute industrial civil construction projects from planning through completion.
Independently manage project execution, manpower, client coordination, quality, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete industrial civil projects from planning through execution.
- Supervise piling layout, boring, reinforcement, concreting, and pile cap execution.
- Execute industrial buildings, machine foundations, RCC works, trenches, and heavy equipment foundations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Prepare DPRs, progress reports, BOQs, billing measurements, and material plans.
- Monitor quality control, safety standards, and site documentation.
- Manage manpower, subcontractors, machinery, and daily site activities.
- Ensure curing, alignment, level checks, and compliance with technical specifications.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Hands-on industrial civil construction and site execution experience.
- Strong knowledge of piling works, including bored cast-in-situ piles, pile caps, and raft foundations.
- Knowledge of RCC structures, foundations, structural drawings, quantity estimation, billing, quality, and safety.
- Ability to independently handle multiple industrial projects.
