- Provide advice and assist Trainees, Operators and other contractors as required
- Liaise with Shires, consultants, and contractors for works projects to ensure compliance
- Record and document information relevant to scheduled work accurately and timely
- Ensure all work is undertaken with safety as the priority
Requirements
- Valid Western Australian 'C' Class Driver's License
- Experience in heavy machinery operations: Tractors, Excavators, Skid steer
- Available for rostered overtime and call out emergencies
- HR licence desirable

Overview
- A permanent opportunity based in Busselton, WA, with a mix of office and outdoor work.
- Lead and coordinate operational maintenance of Rural drainage networks across the Southwest Region.
What The Role Will Involve
- Undertake effective operation, maintenance, and repairs to Rural Drainage assets in the Southwest.
- Assist with job planning to ensure safety and equipment is appropriately resourced.
- Provide advice and/or assist Trainees, Operators and other contractors as required.
- Liaise with Shires, consultants, and contractors for works projects to ensure legislative and company compliance.
- Records and documents information relevant to the scheduled work in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensuring that all work is undertaken with safety as the priority.
What We Require From You
- Valid Western Australian ‘C’ Class Driver’s License.
- HR licence desirable.
- Available for rostered overtime and call out emergencies outside of normal working hours.
- Experience in heavy machinery operations; Tractors, Excavators, Skid steer.
