Develop and maintain the Civil Material Control Plan in alignment with project execution plans and material responsibility matrix
Align material control activities with project schedules, CWP structure, and construction sequencing
Establish and maintain Material Control Level Schedules
Manage and validate material take-offs for civil works, including:
Excavation and backfill materials
Piping
Precast structures

Perform quantity verification, cross-checking, and change control of structural materials

Support material availability planning and expediting strategies
Assist warehouse and construction teams with:
Material receiving (MRR)
Shortage resolution
Surplus minimization
