Responsibilities
- Perform detailed site inspections of civil and structural works to ensure compliance with project specifications and approved drawings
- Monitor contractors' quality control procedures and daily progress on site
- Identify construction defects, issue Non Conformance Reports (NCRs), and follow up on corrective actions
- Coordinate seamlessly with PMC management, client representatives, and engineering teams
Requirements
- 8 to 14 years of robust experience in civil construction and infrastructure
- Solid experience working with Project Management Consultancies (PMCs) or leading Infrastructure companies
- Must currently be based within the UAE with a transferable visa
- Prior experience on airports, runways, major highways, or massive public infrastructure assets is highly advantageous

Job Overview

Key Requirements
- Experience: 8 to 14 years of robust experience in civil construction and infrastructure
- Industry Background: Must have solid experience working with Project Management Consultancies (PMCs) or leading Infrastructure companies
- Location: Must currently be based within the UAE with a transferable visa (immediate or short notice availability preferred)
- Project Expertise: Prior experience on airports, runways, major highways, or massive public infrastructure assets is highly advantageous
