Responsibilities
- Inspect civil works including foundations, roads, drainage, paving, trenches, and equipment bases
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality procedures
- Review and respond to WIRs, MIRs, and RFIs in a timely manner
- Monitor site progress and verify completed works against planned schedules
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to manage interface issues
- Conduct material inspections and ensure approved materials are used
- Identify defects, NCRs, and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Maintain inspection logs, documentation, and photographic records
- Assist in snagging, defect resolution, and final handover inspections
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience in civil construction inspection and infrastructure works
- Experience in industrial, infrastructure, or data centre projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and materials
- Familiar with inspection procedures, QA/QC processes, and documentation
- UPDA certification preferred
- Good coordination and communication skills

Your role
