- Supervise daily civil and architectural finishing activities.
- Coordinate and monitor masons, carpenters, painters, tilers, gypsum workers, and other finishing trades.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Plan daily manpower allocation and monitor productivity.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
- Maintain site safety and housekeeping standards.
- Prepare daily progress reports and resolve site related issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in villa construction.
- Strong knowledge of civil and finishing works.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- UAE experience is preferred.
