Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in civil construction works.
- Previous experience in villa and building projects.
- Good knowledge of concrete, blockwork, plastering, floor screeding, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Experience in building waterproofing is an added advantage.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
- Strong site supervision and workforce management skills.
- Good command of English for communication.
- Previous UAE experience is preferred.
- A valid UAE driving license is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.
- Manage workers and ensure that work is executed properly.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Monitor work progress and productivity.
- Prepare daily progress reports and material requests.
- Supervise waterproofing works and ensure they meet required specifications and standards.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,500–AED 4,000 per month.

- Work location is on the road, indicating field-based work.
