About the Role
Aum Development is seeking a Civil Foreman to supervise day-to-day construction site activities, lead teams, and ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.

Responsibilities
- Supervise day to day construction site activities and ensure smooth operations
- Lead and manage teams of skilled and unskilled workers effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and project specifications
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors for timely execution
- Monitor progress, report delays, and implement corrective actions
- Maintain site documentation, including daily reports and attendance
Requirements
- Proven experience in high rise buildings, villas, or commercial projects
- Minimum 3+ years of construction experience
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Excellent communication and team management capabilities
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and construction regulations is preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
