Overview
We are seeking an experienced Civil / Utilities Foreman for infrastructure projects in Dubai involving RTA, DM and DEWA works.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate site activities related to Civil / utilities works
- Manage manpower, subcontractors, and daily site operations
- Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards
- Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and client representatives
- Monitor productivity, quality, and progress of works
- Ensure compliance with RTA, DEWA, DM and local authority requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience in utilities and infrastructure projects in the UAE
- Hands-on experience with RTA / DEWA / DM works
- Strong knowledge of underground utilities, drainage, sewerage, waterline, ducting, and related civil works
- Ability to manage site teams and meet project deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Pay range and compensation package
