Job Overview
Direct daily civil construction activities and manage labor forces on the ground.
Maintain strict site safety and structural progress.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is based in Sharjah, UAE, with work across project zones in Sharjah and the UAE.
- Work is performed in person on construction sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction operations, including concrete casting, masonry, and finishing works.
- Interpret structural and architectural drawings for working crews.
- Optimize the deployment of materials, equipment, and labor on site.
- Maintain strict site safety compliance and quality control standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or an equivalent technical certification.
- At least 5 years of hands-on site experience as a Civil Foreman in building construction, including villas and multi-story buildings.
- Valid UAE driver's license for travel to different project zones.
- Fluent communication skills and strong leadership presence on site.
