Job Overview
Al Qudra Contracting is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to join its team in the UAE.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in building or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of site supervision, construction activities, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and ensure work follows specifications.
- Ability to manage labor teams and coordinate with engineers and subcontractors.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure quality workmanship.
- Coordinate materials, manpower, and site progress with the Project Engineer.
- Monitor safety procedures and ensure site compliance.
- Prepare daily progress reports.
