Position Overview
OGO Contracting LLC is seeking a Civil Foreman for villa construction projects.
The role requires three to four years of experience and immediate availability is requested.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities on villa projects.
- Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, quality requirements, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and construction workers.
- Assign tasks and lead workers to maintain efficient project progress.
- Monitor site safety and enforce company policies and applicable safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot construction issues and resolve on-site conflicts promptly.
- Monitor performance against project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct site inspections to assess work quality and specification compliance.
- Prepare daily reports covering project progress, labor, materials, and equipment usage.
Requirements
- Three to four years of relevant construction experience is required.
- A diploma is preferred.
- Work location is in person.
