Leading day-to-day onsite oversight of grading, roads, foundations, drainage, and other civil construction activities on utility-scale renewable energy projects.

Overseeing survey and earthwork activities to ensure accuracy and alignment with project plans and specifications.

Ensuring civil and structural quality through inspections, QA/QC efforts, and compliance with project specifications.

Overseeing civil subcontractors, coordinating schedules, and ensuring work is completed safely and on schedule.

Monitoring the delivery, staging, and tracking of Owner Supplied Equipment and civil materials onsite.

Managing civil NCRs and corrective actions, including root cause analysis and resolution tracking.

Supporting inspections, punch walks, permit closeouts, and compliance activities.

Conducting regular site walks to monitor installation progress, identify potential issues, and help keep projects on schedule.

Reviewing work plans, construction methods, safety procedures, and schedules for civil and general construction activities.

Maintaining accurate project documentation related to site conditions, inspections, field decisions, and project progress.

Serving as EPS's onsite representative while building strong working relationships with clients, utilities, AHJs, EPCs, contractors, and community stakeholders.

Supporting team development by sharing knowledge, mentoring junior field staff, and contributing to operational improvement efforts.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.

Experienced construction professional with a civil engineering background and familiarity with solar, BESS, or wind projects.

Skilled at coordinating multiple trades and managing civil scopes including grading, earthwork, foundations, and drainage in a fast-paced field environment.
