Job Overview
Hemratan Construction Company LLP is hiring a Civil Estimation and Billing Engineer for construction estimation, billing, BOQ preparation, and quantity calculation work.
The position is located in Swarget, Pune, Maharashtra, with in-person work.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare civil construction cost estimates, BOQs, running account bills, final bills, and client bills.
- Calculate quantities from drawings and site measurements and verify contractor or vendor bills and measurements.
- Prepare rate analyses, work orders, and quantity statements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients regarding billing and quantities.
- Maintain records of measurements, quantities, bills, and project costs and assist with cost monitoring and billing accuracy.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of civil estimation and billing, BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, rate analysis, and construction material quantities.
- Ability to read civil and structural drawings and use MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects or tasks.
