Water & Environmental Technologies (WET) is seeking a motivated Civil Engineer Intern to join our team for Summer 2027 at our Great Falls, Montana office.
This internship gives you the opportunity to put classroom knowledge into practice while working alongside experienced engineers and technical professionals.
You’ll contribute to real consulting projects, gain hands-on field experience, and develop practical skills that will help prepare you for a career in engineering consulting.

As a Civil Engineer Intern, you’ll support a variety of consulting projects throughout the Rocky Mountain region.
The position will include a combination of field and office work, providing opportunities to apply engineering principles, learn from experienced professionals, and gain exposure to the day-to-day work of a consulting engineer.
Some overnight travel will likely be required.
Depending on project needs and your experience level, you will have opportunities to learn and assist with:
