Job Overview
The employer is seeking two Civil Engineers to join its Abu Dhabi team.
The engineers will oversee day-to-day operations across 3–4 civil construction projects simultaneously.
This is a hands-on role requiring independent management of multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, assess quality, and resolve on-site issues.
- Prepare project quotations and cost estimates using site conditions, BOQs, and client requirements.
- Coordinate execution of 3–4 projects while maintaining timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Maintain daily reports, material requests, and progress records.
- Provide technical support to site teams and supervisors.
- Report project performance and challenges to the Project Manager or senior management.
Requirements
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Have 3–5 years of relevant experience in site execution, project coordination, and cost estimation.
