Job Overview
Oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate project stakeholders, and support safe and efficient construction execution.
The role requires strong site management skills and technical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities against approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, foremen, and internal teams.
- Monitor site quality, productivity, progress, and project targets.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Prepare daily site reports, progress reports, material requests, and other documentation.
- Coordinate site inspections and approvals with consultants and relevant authorities.
- Implement health, safety, and environmental procedures at the site.
- Monitor construction materials, equipment, and manpower.
- Assist with manpower planning and allocation.
- Resolve daily site issues and coordinate with the Project Engineer or Project Manager.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and project compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5–6 years of relevant civil construction experience, preferably in villa and residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, site execution, quality control, and construction standards.
- Ability to read civil, architectural, and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of site supervision, subcontractor coordination, and manpower management.
- Strong communication, coordination, reporting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Willingness to work full-time at the project site.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 5,000 to AED 6,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
Workplace
- Work location is in person at the project site.
