Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site execution and construction activities.
- Plan, organize, and monitor site work against project schedules.
- Coordinate subcontractors, laborers, and site staff to maintain efficient workflow.
- Monitor work quality against approved drawings, MES specifications, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare daily and weekly work plans, track material inventory, and report physical progress.
- Maintain site records and labor registers and assist with Measurement Books.
- Enforce site safety protocols, discipline, and proper use of personal protective equipment.
Requirements
- B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–4 years of experience in building construction or site supervision.
- Basic knowledge of construction drawings, construction sequences, and resource planning.
- Strong on-site coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Prior exposure to MES, CPWD, or other government projects is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A clean background is required to secure defense area access passes.
- Willingness to work full-time at the Air Force Station Begumpet site.
Compensation
- Pay starts at ₹20,000 per month.
