Role Overview
Tarika Group is hiring a Civil Site Engineer for a resort construction project in Chail, Himachal Pradesh.
The position involves supervising and executing civil construction activities at site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil works and ensure execution follows drawings and specifications.
- Supervise RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Coordinate with contractors, labour, and the Project Manager.
- Check measurements, quantities, levels, and material usage.
- Maintain daily site progress and quality records.
- Monitor workmanship, quality, and site safety.
- Assist with material planning and contractor bill verification.
Requirements
- B.E., B.Tech, or Diploma in Civil Engineering is required.
- The role requires 3–6 years of site experience.
- Experience in hotels, resorts, or premium residential projects is mandatory.
- Candidates must be willing to reside at the project site in Chail.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay is ₹14,000–₹40,000 per month.
- Accommodation and meals are provided at the site.
