Job Description
Oversee construction projects from planning to completion and ensure efficient, safe, and budget-compliant execution.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily construction activities and ensure compliance with plans.
- Supervise on-site workers and contractors.
- Report progress and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure adherence to regulations.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum eight years of experience in construction supervision.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of construction tools and safety standards.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- The experience section states that ten years of total work experience is required.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹50,000 to ₹65,000 per month.
