Role overview
The Civil Engineer (Site Engineer) will oversee construction and maintenance works across Olive Resorts properties.
Key responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Supervise site activities and coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Review drawings and BOQs, track progress, manage resources, and estimate costs.
- Maintain quality and safety standards, resolve site issues, and prepare progress reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in civil engineering.
- At least 5 years of hands-on building construction experience.
- Seven to eight years of overall relevant experience is preferred.
- Ability to interpret structural drawings, BOQs, and related design documents.
Additional qualifications
- Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
