Role Overview
Linfra is seeking an entry-level Junior Civil Site Engineer to assist with on-site construction supervision, quality control, and day-to-day project operations.
The role works under the direction of a Senior Project Manager to support accurate, safe, and timely execution.
Qualifications and Experience
- A B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a civil engineering diploma is required.
- The posting accepts candidates with 0–10 years of experience.
- Willingness to relocate to project sites across Kerala is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with on-site construction supervision.
- Support quality control activities on construction projects.
- Assist with day-to-day project operations.
- Help ensure work is executed accurately, safely, and on schedule.
Workplace and Benefits
- The work is in person at construction sites across Kerala.
- Food and accommodation will be provided.

Compensation
- The pay range is ₹15,000–₹40,000 per month.
