Responsibilities
- Estimate, prepare, and allocate manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, and tools for civil works
- Plan and analyze work methodologies and recommend effective execution plans
- Review engineering drawings, contract documents, specifications, and applicable standards
- Supervise and monitor all civil related works and coordinate with other disciplines
- Plan maintenance activities and ensure work targets are achieved on schedule
- Oversee repair, maintenance, and cleanliness of civil structures, roads, pathways, bridges, marbles, beaches, berths, and marine facilities
- Monitor annual budgets, maintenance costs, and resource utilization
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Conduct training for civil team members when required
- Initiate and monitor Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for the Civil team
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and operational standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- At least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Experience in Total Facility Management (TFM)
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering methodologies and maintenance practices
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English

Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer Section Head to lead civil maintenance operations and ensure effective planning, execution, and monitoring of all civil related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Estimate, prepare, and allocate manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, and tools required for civil works.
- Plan and analyze work methodologies and recommend the most effective execution plans.
