- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and overall site progress
- Manage authority inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
- Handle snagging, rectification works, and final project handover
- Assist with cost control and manage variation works
Requirements
