The employer is hiring an experienced Maintenance/Civil Foreman in the UAE.
The role combines on-site maintenance and civil work with supervision of site personnel.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of UAE experience in the same field.
- Experience in construction trades including plumbing, electrical work, HVAC service, or painting.
- Familiarity with construction site safety procedures.
- Knowledge of construction plumbing systems and HVAC components is essential.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with basic mathematics for measurements and calculations.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- A clean driving record is preferred for roles involving commercial driving or site travel.
- Maintenance person experience or a remodeling background is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and perform maintenance works on site.
- Lead and manage site personnel effectively.
- Handle and monitor materials required for the work.
- Solve problems, organize activities, and meet project deadlines.
