Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate civil and interior fit-out works from planning through completion.
Ensure construction activities meet approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, schedules, and client expectations.
Site Supervision and Coordination
- Supervise civil and fit-out works at project sites.
- Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and coordinate work between disciplines.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams.
- Monitor daily site activities and progress against the approved project schedule.
- Check setting out, measurements, levels, dimensions, and site conditions.
Fit-Out Works
- Supervise blockwork, plastering, gypsum partitions and ceilings, flooring, tiling, painting, and decorative finishes.
- Supervise doors, frames, architectural finishes, waterproofing, joinery, and other interior works.
Quality, Safety, and Materials
- Inspect completed works and ensure compliance with required quality standards.
- Identify defects, coordinate corrective actions, and conduct follow-up inspections.
- Review material samples and ensure approved materials are used on site.
- Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections and quality control and with HSE for safe working practices.
Reporting and Completion
- Prepare daily progress reports, inspection requests, material approvals, and site documentation.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor performance.
- Assist with quantity take-offs, material requirements, and project progress measurements.
- Report site issues, technical problems, and potential delays to the Project Manager.
- Attend site meetings, coordinate with consultants and clients, and assist with handover, snagging, and de-snagging.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 6,500.00 to AED 8,000.00 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.

- Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and coordinate work between disciplines.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, quality standards, safety requirements, schedules, and client expectations.
- Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, QA/QC, HSE, and project teams.
- Prepare daily progress reports, inspection requests, material approvals, and site documentation.
- Assist with quantity take-offs, material requirements, and project progress measurements.
