Position Overview
The position is Civil Engineer – Interior Fit-Out & Construction.
The role manages civil and fit-out works at project sites and coordinates with project stakeholders.

Employment and Industry

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage civil and interior fit-out works at project sites.
- Review architectural, structural, MEP, and interior drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, project managers, and other disciplines.
- Monitor progress, quality, materials, deliveries, manpower, and subcontractor performance.
- Prepare site reports, progress reports, inspections, measurements, quantity take-offs, variations, and other documentation.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, UAE construction standards, HSE requirements, and quality standards.
- Support handover, snagging, and rectification works.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant UAE or GCC experience.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction, interior fit-out activities, construction materials, methods, and quality standards.
- Experience in site supervision and subcontractor coordination.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; MS Project, Primavera, or similar software is advantageous.
- A UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Current availability in the UAE is preferred.
