Job Description
Support and coordinate civil and construction projects based in Africa from a completely office-based role.
The primary focus is reviewing project requirements, construction materials, purchase details, and technical documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate civil and construction project activities from the office.
- Review material requirements and specifications and verify purchases against quality, quantity, and project needs.
- Check quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement documents.
- Review civil drawings and layouts using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with procurement and internal project teams regarding material requirements.
- Identify discrepancies between purchased materials and approved project specifications.
- Maintain purchase and project records and provide technical support for civil and construction requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Civil Engineering is required.
- Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
- Good understanding of civil construction materials and their applications is required.
- The candidate must be able to review drawings, specifications, quotations, and purchase documents.
- Good analytical and verification skills, strong coordination and communication abilities, and attention to detail are required.
Work Location
- This is a completely office-based role with no site visits or site work required.

Pay
- Compensation is ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month.
Preferred Candidate
- Knowledge of civil materials, construction requirements, procurement verification, and basic drawing interpretation is preferred.
