Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate day to day site activities, including supervising construction works, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and local codes
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, technical documents, and material submittals
- Assist with design adaptations and provide technical support to project and site teams
- Plan and schedule work, conduct site inspections and quality checks
- Identify and resolve engineering or construction issues
- Collaborate closely with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to support timely, cost effective, and high quality project delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or closely related discipline
- Solid foundation in Civil Engineering and practical experience applying civil engineering principles on construction projects
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design, including interpreting and reviewing structural, infrastructure, and architectural drawings
- Experience in Planning project activities, sequencing work, and coordinating with site teams
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage systems, and related infrastructure design and implementation
- Familiarity with UAE building codes, standards, and permitting processes, particularly within Dubai
- Ability to use engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools) and strong skills in MS Office
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and site coordination skills, with attention to detail and safety
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with experience collaborating in multicultural, fast paced construction environments
- Dubai Municipality G+1 Certification (Mandatory)

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Civil Engineer role based in Dubai.
