- Oversee all stages of G+1 building construction projects, ensuring adherence to approved Dubai Municipality (DM) drawings and standards.
- Manage and coordinate on-site activities, including structural work, MEP installations, and finishing, to maintain project timelines and quality.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, site diaries, and necessary documentation to clients, consultants, and relevant authorities.
- Supervise civil construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure construction is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and project teams.
- Monitor quality, progress and site activities.
- Handle Dubai Municipality-related inspections and requirements.
- Prepare site reports and project documentation.
