Role Overview
The employer is seeking a Civil Engineer with UAE interior fit-out experience.
The role covers Architectural and MEP drawing design, technical coordination, and authority coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and prepare Architectural and MEP drawings for fit-out projects.
- Coordinate electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and Architectural works.
- Conduct site measurements and prepare drawings based on site conditions.
- Coordinate with DM, DCD, Trakhees, and other relevant authorities.
- Handle authority comments, revisions, submissions, and approvals.
- Prepare BOQs and provide technical support to site teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
- At least two years of UAE interior fit-out experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of Architectural and MEP coordination is required.
- Good knowledge of DM, DCD, and Trakhees requirements is required.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Strong communication, technical, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Candidates should be energetic, proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
Compensation
- Salary starts from AED 2,500 per month, based on experience and performance.
Workplace and Employment
- The position is full-time and permanent.
- Work is performed in person.
