Site Supervision
- Supervise civil construction and maintenance activities.
- Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor contractor activities and manpower.
Project Management
- Plan and coordinate civil projects from start to completion.
- Prepare project schedules, estimates, and material requirements.
- Monitor project cost, quality, and progress.
Drawing and Technical Review
- Review civil, structural, architectural, and MEP-related drawings.
- Check dimensions, levels, specifications, and quantities.
- Coordinate with consultants and other engineering departments.
Requirements
- Experience supervising civil construction and maintenance activities.
- Ability to coordinate civil projects from planning through completion.
- Ability to prepare project schedules, estimates, and material requirements.
- Experience reviewing civil, structural, architectural, and MEP-related drawings.
- Ability to check dimensions, levels, specifications, and quantities.
- Experience coordinating with consultants and other engineering departments.
