Key Responsibilities
- Prepare precise 2D and 3D architectural, structural, and civil drawings using software such as AutoCAD or MicroStation.
- Bridge the design office and construction site by clarifying blueprints for contractors and workers.
- Visit work sites to verify measurements and monitor construction quality.
- Ensure construction matches approved plans.
- Prepare drawing packages and documentation for local municipal and safety approvals.
- Assist with quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities, and quotations.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500 to AED 4,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person.
