Role Description

The successful candidates will coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, site teams, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning, design, development, execution, and coordination of civil engineering and construction projects.
- Review drawings, plans, specifications, schedules, technical submissions, method statements, shop drawings, and material samples.
- Conduct site inspections, measurements, technical assessments, testing, commissioning, handover, and close-out activities.
- Monitor quality, safety, progress, resources, materials, equipment, costs, quantities, and project documentation.
- Identify technical issues, design conflicts, defects, non-conformities, delays, and risks and support practical solutions.
- Maintain site and project records, prepare reports, provide technical updates, and coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, materials, structural systems, building processes, and site operations is required.
- Candidates must be able to interpret engineering drawings, construction plans, specifications, schedules, and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of inspections, quality control, measurements, testing, construction coordination, safety, and engineering standards is required.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and project coordination capabilities are required.
Preferred Tools and Knowledge
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM tools, project management software, Microsoft Office, or similar engineering platforms is advantageous.
- Knowledge of construction scheduling, cost control, quantity measurement, project documentation, and reporting is beneficial.
