Role Overview
Civil Engineer supporting colony development, infrastructure, and construction projects.
The role includes project planning, estimation, reporting, site visits, touring, and coordination with teams and clients.
Requirements
- Graduation in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- At least two years of professional experience.
- At least two to three years of colony development experience.
- Knowledge of infrastructure work, construction, and CPM- PERT planning.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Comfort with touring and geographical knowledge.
Required Skills
- Prepare Detailed Project Reports and feasible reports.
- Calculate project estimates and maintain them in Excel sheets.
- Use Excel, Word, and email communication for project work.
- Generate leads and convert them positively.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits and follow-ups.
- Prepare project reports and representative work-progress reports.
- Coordinate with seniors, colleagues, executives, and clients.
