Position Overview
The position is for a Civil Engineer with at least five years of experience and valid professional engineering registration.
The role involves civil construction and maintenance management, site supervision, technical review, stakeholder coordination, and compliance oversight.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum five years of relevant professional experience.
- Valid Engineering Syndicate Registration Card or professional registration.
- Good knowledge of civil construction, maintenance, site supervision, and project coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and manage civil construction and maintenance works under approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Review drawings, technical specifications, quantities, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor site activities, progress, quality, approved designs, and safety compliance.
- Prepare and review BOQs, material requirements, work schedules, and technical reports.
- Conduct site inspections, identify technical issues, and provide engineering solutions.
