Responsibilities
- Lead the design, review, and coordination of civil engineering projects
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports
- Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi regulations, UAE codes, and international engineering standards
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams
- Support project delivery from concept design through construction
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of UAE engineering regulations and approval procedures
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with large scale residential, commercial, and mixed use developments is highly desirable
