Role overview
Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the site.
Coordinate construction delivery with contractors, architects, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
Support timely completion of construction project milestones.
Core responsibilities
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship at every construction stage.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, manpower, and material requirements.
- Prepare site reports, measurements, and project documentation.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Coordinate inspections and assist with quantity estimation and billing.
Construction scope
- Oversee RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Apply construction safety procedures and relevant construction regulations.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹40,000 to ₹100,000 per month.
