Role Overview
Civil Engineer position in the construction and civil department.
The role supports real estate and construction projects in Mumbai-area locations.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of proven civil engineering experience, preferably in real estate or construction.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
Project Planning and Design
- Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations.
- Develop and review technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Prepare detailed project cost estimates and construction schedules.
- Ensure designs meet building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Construction Management
- Supervise on-site civil works for quality and safety.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
