Civil Engineer

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design civil and structural systems for solar and wind power plants, including module mounting structures, pile foundations, and transformer stations.
• Deliver pre-bid engineering, detailed engineering, and owner’s engineering services.
• Review design documents for owner’s and lender’s engineering assignments.
• Lead the civil and structural scope on smaller projects independently.
• Apply Indian Standards and Eurocodes to produce code-compliant designs.
• Use STAAD.Pro or equivalent software to model and analyze structural systems.
• Support site supervision, construction monitoring, and structural inspections when needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–15 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, ideally in engineering consulting.
• Solid knowledge of solar plant design, including foundation systems and mounting structures.
• Proficiency with structural analysis tools such as STAAD.Pro and pile design software.
• Familiarity with Eurocode standards and US or other international codes.
• Strong written and spoken English skills with the ability to write clear technical reports.

Preferred Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Structural or Geotechnical Engineering.
• Experience with wind power projects.
• Experience with Civil 3D for terrain modeling, drainage, or road design.

• The role is based in Gurgaon, Sector 62, Haryana, India.
