Key Responsibilities
- Prepare civil drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and other design software for building construction projects.
- Coordinate with design consultants, engineers, and project teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Revise drawings based on design changes, site conditions, or consultant/client comments.
- Support site execution teams with up-to-date construction drawings and technical details.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and material estimates from drawings and specifications.
- Support the commercial team in preparing BOQs, cost comparisons, and procurement documentation.
- Assist in measurement verification and progress valuations.
- Maintain quantity records in coordination with project engineers and site teams.
- Prepare and submit drawings and documents for authority approvals.
- Ensure that all submittals comply with local authority standards and regulations.
- Coordinate revisions and resubmissions based on authority feedback.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies to track and obtain necessary construction permits.
