- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, MEP, and structural drawings for developers and authorities
- Create detailed technical drawings for carpentry (kitchen, vanities, wardrobes, etc.)
- Develop shop drawings for manufacturing
- Revise drawings based on project requirements and site conditions
- Prepare 3D elevations
Requirements
- Experience in preparation of architectural plans, elevations, MEP, and structural drawings for developers like Emaar & Dubai Properties
- Experience with authority submissions (DM, DDA)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Ability to develop shop drawings for manufacturing
- Experience in landscaping plan section and detail drawing
