About the Role

Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee construction projects from conception to completion while monitoring compliance with safety and building regulations
- Coordinate subcontractors and the construction team to meet contractual conditions of performance
- Prepare external and internal reports relating to job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables
- Communicate with responsible parties to ensure quality construction exceeds company standards
- Review projects progress on a daily basis to ensure quality construction standards and budget compliance
- Supervise construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and exceed customer requirements
- Select tools, materials, and equipment, and track inventory
- Take actions to deal with delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site
- Perform day to day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork
- Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction field, minimum 3 years in related field
- Very good command in spoken and written English
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD/REVIT, Primavera
- Excellent resource, planning, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including negotiation skills
- Possess leadership skills to lead a group of individuals

Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree of Civil Engineering or Equivalent
