- Ensure alignment with Smart City and digital transformation objectives
- Provide strategic advisory support to clients on urban modernization initiatives
Requirements
- 4 5 years of experience in city modernization, urban transformation, or digital transformation projects
- Strong understanding of urban infrastructure, modernization frameworks, and Smart City concepts
- Experience working on public sector, government, or municipal transformation programs
- Strong consulting, advisory, and client management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and client facing experience
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Experience engaging with government ministries, municipalities, and executive stakeholders is mandatory
- Middle East/GCC project experience is highly preferred
- Experience with international consulting firms or large transformation programs is preferred

- Middle East/GCC project experience is highly preferred.
Pay
- SAR 7,530.39 SAR 29,466.35 per month
