Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced L2/L3 Support Engineer to provide operational and technical support for Cisco video conferencing and collaboration environments.
- The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise video conferencing infrastructure, ensuring high availability and excellent user experience across meeting rooms, executive conferencing systems, and hybrid collaboration platforms.
