Design, configure, and deploy Cisco ISE for wired and wireless NAC, including authentication, authorization, profiling, posture, and guest access.
Configure or guide switch-side 802.1X, MAB, timers, VLANs, and downloadable ACL settings with the network team.
Coordinate with Server and Active Directory teams on Group Policy, supplicant configuration, and certificate policy deployment.
Pilot-test endpoint connectivity with Desktop Support and troubleshoot failures before mass deployment.
Plan and execute phased, low-risk NAC deployment across enterprise sites and locations.
Develop high-level and low-level solution design documents with the architecture team.
Create policy matrices, failure and exception procedures, and rollback plans.
Troubleshoot authentication failures, VLAN assignment errors, and certificate issues during and after go-live.
Document configurations, runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials for support handover.

At least 4 years of network or security engineering experience with hands-on Cisco ISE deployment beyond administration and support.
Strong understanding of 802.1X, MAB, RADIUS, EAP methods, and Cisco Catalyst switch configuration.
Experience with wireless NAC integration using Cisco WLC or a similar platform.
Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and certificate-based authentication using PKI or NDES is preferred.
Prior experience running a phased or mass NAC rollout in a live enterprise environment.
Strong cross-functional coordination skills across network, server, security, and desktop teams.

Cisco certifications such as CCNP Security or an ISE specialist certification are advantageous.
