Role Overview
The CID Data Entry Agent updates guest information in the CID system for Novotel and Adagio operations.
The role combines accurate data entry with front-office procedures and guest-focused service.
Core Responsibilities
- Update check-in and check-out guest information within two hours of arrival or departure.
- Follow CID-related front-office procedures and report system or data issues promptly.
- Maintain the CID log book and ensure guest documentation is current.
- Support guest loyalty, anticipate needs, and handle complaints through appropriate follow-up.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel and local services and comply with hotel policies.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with CID or a related system is required.
- Good interpersonal skills, teamwork, guest orientation, and service focus are required.
- Good presentation and confident speaking skills are required.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
Work Environment
- The role is based in a hotel and is performed in person.
- The position requires adherence to hotel appearance, hygiene, fire, health, and safety standards.
Additional Information
The role includes attending training and meetings as required and adapting to departmental needs.
